GIFLY Privacy Policy

GIFLY processes the images and videos you select locally on your Mac to create GIF, APNG and MP4 files. GIFLY does not upload these files to a server. The app has no account registration, advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs and does not collect personal data.

Your language preference is saved on your Mac. Selected media and extracted video frames are copied to temporary local storage for processing. The app removes its session storage during normal termination; temporary files may remain after an abnormal termination. Exported files remain in the location you choose until you delete them.

Apple handles App Store purchases under Apple's own privacy policies. If you contact support by email, your email address and the information you send will be used to respond to your request. Please do not send private media unless it is needed to investigate a problem and you choose to share it.

This policy covers the GIFLY app and support enquiries. This support website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. We have added no analytics, advertising scripts or contact forms to these pages. For privacy enquiries, including requests about information you sent to support, contact the email above.

App Store 결제는 Apple이 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다. 이메일로 문의하면 답변을 위해 발신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 사용합니다. 문제 확인에 필요하고 직접 공유하기로 한 경우 외에는 개인 미디어를 보내지 마세요.
